Blog Entry: So... that's it.  Over it.  I'm serious. I played in Delphi for almost nine years.  Met the love of my life there, had wonderful times there.  I realized a lot of important changes and generally grew, creatively and as a person in general. And now... gone.  Not with a bang, but a fucking whimper. This person I had a long series of issues with, has once again disillusioned and discouraged the shit out of me.  Because of her, I had to leave a RP I really loved, and also had my image of more than one of my friends permanently changed (not for the better).  There was a time when I would have posted a huge flounce and hurled clouds of drama around, but that time is no more.  This is at the very least another lengthy hiatus; at most, a permanent departure. I love roleplaying; always have, and always will.  But... for now, I think I need to limit it drastically.  There are a handful of people with whom I will always enjoy playing, but I'm not going to allow that to siphon so much creative energy any more.  I need to write,   not fuck around in fantasy-lands written by others. I was kind of irritated to see that it looks like RL has gotten rid of the chat function here, but I suppose it's just as well.  After all... chat here would serve as the same sort of distraction as it did over there. More later.  Lot of catching up I need to do, both here and over in my DeadJournal.
